Job Title: Accommodation Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accommodation Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional hospitality services at our brand-new hotel in Dublin 2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and motivate the accommodation team to foster a positive work environment.
* Oversee all aspects of hotel cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring top-notch standards are met.
* Manage department budgets, procurement, and inventory to meet financial goals.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
* Respond to guest requests with enthusiasm, ensuring a memorable stay.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualification in Hotel Management preferred but not required.
* At least 2 years Senior Accommodation experience in a 4-star hotel required.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to prepare and manage departmental budgets.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
