Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Supporting the preparation and submission of tax returns, including VAT and payroll filings. Performing bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records for clients. Assisting with audits and compiling reports under the supervision of senior team members. Working closely with clients to resolve queries and provide excellent service. Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other management reports. Developing your technical knowledge and keeping up to date with changes in accounting and tax regulations. Assisting colleagues with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required. Skills and Attributes Required: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or relevant practical experience). A keen interest in pursuing a professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA). Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
