Area Operations Efficiency Lead
Our client, a well-established premium retailer, is seeking an Operations Efficiency Lead to join their business. Known for providing a distinctive shopping experience that combines style, quality, and exceptional customer service this is a retailer of excellence.
Based out of their South Dublin Store, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an operational Area Manager or Senior Store Manager to drive operational efficiency across multiple store locations while ensuring commercial success. It requires strong retail management and operational experience, an analytical mindset, and an understanding of finance and P&L and commercial reporting.
Responsibilities of the Operations Efficiency Lead include
* Partner with the regional manager, buying office, and store management teams to drive the commercial success of the stores.
* Oversee operational reports, including stock control, cash management, food cost tracking, and labour management.
* Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and implement business practices.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on company goals and priorities.
* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and operational excellence across all locations.
* Use data insights from trade and sales reports to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, increase productivity, boost revenue, and improve the customer experience.
Skills and experience required of the Operations Efficiency Lead include:
* 3 years + senior store management experience with a focus on commercial and operational reporting
* Strong leadership experience with a focus on improving business processes.
* A good understanding of financial basics, including managing budgets and financial tracking.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to address challenges effectively.
* Full driver’s license and the flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
