EProcurement Manager Job Description
We are seeking an eProcurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations for our client, a group of hotels in Shannon, County Clare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end procurement software
* Act as the super-user for the procurement system
* Administer and troubleshoot all configurations
* Prepare and present purchasing documents
* Project manage procurement processes
* Assist with tendering procedures
* Manage supplier relationships with external suppliers
* Prepare and present reports
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with e-procurement software, including Procure Wizard
About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in Shannon, County Clare. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate procurement options and identify potential suppliers for the hotel group. They will be responsible for making recommendations and evaluating e-procurement options.
