We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the Irish food service sector.
**About Your Field Sales Job**
This field sales role covers all of Ireland, with a primary focus on the Greater Dublin area.
You will collaborate with senior management and sales teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and manage existing relationships to set and achieve meaningful business development targets in Ireland.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with key customers, driving business success.
Evaluate and ensure timely and accurate sales reporting through CRM systems and other communication tools.
Partner with BDMs across different regions to expand the customer base, particularly in manufacturing and retail sectors.
Prioritize and target new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
**What Skills You Need for this Field Sales Job**
You must have proven experience in business development and sales within the Irish food service market.
A strong understanding of food service distribution in Ireland, with established relationships in the industry, is also required.
A track record of outstanding sales performance and achieving results is essential.
Highly organized individuals with strong planning and negotiation skills are preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, in particular) is necessary.
A willingness and ability to travel extensively across Ireland are also required.
