The Role:
As part of our high-performing Corporate Finance team, you’ll dive straight into exciting and impactful work. You’ll be involved in every stage of our impressive deal flow, from inception to completion, working closely with Corporate Finance Directors and Partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting Pre- and Post-Contract Financial Due Diligence and reviews.
* Preparing and assisting with Valuation reports.
* Developing M&A growth strategies for national and international clients.
* Preparing business plans and financial projections.
* Assisting in fundraising by analysing banking facility agreements and exploring funding options available in the Irish market.
* Advising on Debt and Equity raising.
* Assisting with sale or purchase mandates, including the preparation of information memoranda and managing virtual data rooms.
* Preparing decision-making papers for internal and external stakeholders.
* Contributing to deal structuring and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated professional who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* Newly qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent), with experience in Corporate Finance.
* A curious, “can-do” attitude with strong commercial acumen.
* Prior experience in Transaction Services, M&A, or Due Diligence is a plus.
* Excellent accounting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are essential.
* Business development skills are an advantage.
