From day one you will gain real hands-on experience on cutting-edge projects while being supported and nurtured by our expert management teams. We are currently accepting applications for our 2024 Graduate programme, which commences in September 2025.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.
The Graduate Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.
Key responsibilities and duties
1. Coordinate the implementation of project quality processes and procedures with our project teams
2. Support project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System
3. Monitor the closeout of issues and defects
4. Analyse trends in project quality statistics
5. Maintain and update project quality documentation
6. Update and issue weekly project quality reports
7. Coordinate and liaise with all parties involved in a construction project
8. Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
9. Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with the public and stakeholders
10. Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
11. Participate in and complete the Company's Graduate Training Programme
Requirements
1. Recent graduate of Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in a Quality-related field
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
3. Flexible and adaptable
4. Quality focused
5. Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
6. Ambitious and hard-working with a can-do attitude
7. IT Literate
