Initial Base: Lucena Clinic, 59 Orwell Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6.
Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow.
Administrative Officer - Grade IV
(Full-Time, Permanent)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above positions to provide reception, secretarial and administrative support to Consultants and Out-Patient teams.
The successful candidate will:
Have a recognised, relevant, and validated qualification(s).
Demonstrate a MINIMUM of 3 years' current administrative experience. Experience in a medical or similar setting would be an advantage.
Demonstrate excellent typing skills (audiotyping), data entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate telephone and reception experience.
Have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Have proven ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
Display absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Have a full Driving Licence and access to own means of transport would be a benefit, however must be willing to travel to other clinic if requirement.
Provide administrative cover in other services within St. John of God Community Mental Health Services when the need arises.
Remuneration
Salary Grade 0558 Grade IV (Clerical) on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale
€34,256 - € 53,304 annum pro rata
Initial location
The initial location of this role is Lucena Rathgar. However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require. You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
