GSW Solutions Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a forward thinking National Healthcare company for a Personal Assistant to a Regional Director.
About The Client: They are a leading organisation providing support to individuals with mental health, autism, learning disabilities and dementia.
About the Role: To deliver professional, efficient, and confidential support for the Director in achieving strategic objectives.
This includes assisting with projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, prioritizing urgent matters, and completing tasks on time.
Additionally, oversee all communications and implement systems to help the Director manage competing demands.
Responsibilities: Support the Director in project planning and documentation to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Serve as the primary contact for the Director, screening calls and prioritizing urgent matters while addressing queries appropriately.
Manage correspondence, identifying urgent issues and coordinating responses to ensure timely action and satisfactory outcomes.
Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and allowing time for the Director's review and approval.
Coordinate internal meetings, providing key information, taking minutes, and ensuring all action points are addressed promptly.
Requirements: You will need to participate in the company's performance management process.
Consistently uphold and exemplify the company's values, behaviors, and competencies.
Perform all responsibilities of the position in line with rules, regulations, and policies.
Undertake additional responsibilities and other tasks as needed.
Requirements: 2 or 3 years experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
