Skills and AttributesPSI RegistrationDescriptionThe Pharmacy Department is seeking applications from suitably qualified pharmacists (ideally with at least 3 years relevant hospital experience) who wish to join our progressive, dynamic department, and become a key member of the professional, multi-disciplinary health care team, contributing to our tradition of providing excellence in the care of women and infants.
The Senior Pharmacist will work under the direction of the Pharmacy Executive Manager/Deputy and will gain valuable experience in the care of obstetric, neonatal, and gynaecological patients and medication use in these groups.
The successful candidate will also be involved in the rollout of the Maternal and New-born Clinical Management System (MN-CMS).
Candidates must have a recognized primary degree in Pharmacy (BSc Pharm or MPharm) and be CURRENTLY registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI), be currently able to work in Ireland, and ideally have 3 years relevant post-registration hospital experience, though retail may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
