About the Role
As the construction commences on Ireland’s first purpose-built carbon neutral brewery, we have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our growing Project Operations team. The Maintenance workstream goal is to develop a site asset care strategy that sustains the upmost levels of plant performance upon start up.
As one of the earliest project team members, you will be key in helping craft the culture of the Brewery. You will be a leader who is passionate about driving an environment of dedication, teamwork, and continuous improvement where people are highly engaged, and manufacturing excellence is at the forefront of how we do business. You will be self-motivated, creating energy across the wider site team, and an example of what is required to continually service our customers at the highest levels of efficiency.
This role is integral to driving Early Equipment Management and Asset Care aspects of project design and operational readiness. Key responsibilities include delivering end-to-end Early Equipment Management and Asset Lifecycle Management processes for the brewing and utilities assets on-site, establishing maintenance SLAs with plant OEMs and Building Services providers, ensuring Engineering Standards conformance, and developing the site Asset Register and SAP configuration.
Development of site Operational Technology, Control System & Cybersecurity Governance framework, including SLA with 3rd Part provider.
Early Equipment Management will require the Maintenance Manager to build and execute a resourcing and implementation plan. Working closely with Manufacturing Excellence Lead to develop the site’s approach to Autonomous Maintenance and Asset Care MANEX pillars.
Ensuring alignment of the site Safe System of Work permitting process with Diageo Standards, and providing sufficient training for incoming maintenance and operations staff, will also be crucial responsibilities. Aswell as working with the Finance Manager to create budget centers for asset care activities onsite. Developing a spare parts budget and provision from the EEM process will ensure that the required spares stock is available for project takeover.
