Job Title: Innovative Leadership Recruiter
We are seeking a talented recruiter with a passion for customer service to join our talent acquisition organization.
This role requires a skilled recruiter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and effectively interface with professionals at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritize multiple searches against a timeline, setting benchmarks and metrics to hit all customer SLAs.
* Conduct negotiations with Hiring Managers and the finance department to obtain budget for recruitment and manage approved budgets efficiently.
* Conduct market research and candidate generation in high-volume environments.
* Engage and nurture potential candidates through career consulting and pitching right opportunities.
* Build and maintain a network of leadership candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
* Conduct interviews of potential leadership candidates.
* Work directly with senior leaders to understand business needs and lead an efficient, high-quality recruitment funnel.
* Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to long-range company growth, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard recruiting procedures.
* Build search strategies with deliverables, timelines, and lead a formal tracking process.
* Manage 360-degree recruiting from sourcing to closing.
* Work on projects to get candidates into our pipeline quickly.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years relevant experience managing 360 recruiting, either in a corporate setting or recruiting agencies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Ability to build and maintain a diverse network of leadership talent globally.
* Experience conducting proactive market research on talent markets.
* Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to screen and prepare candidate slates within consistent timelines.
* Interest in leading special projects/recruiting initiatives and events management.
* Experience in high-volume hiring (50+ hires per year).
