We are currently recruiting for a passionate Marketing Intern to join our expanding Sales & Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Review and audit the hotel’s websites on a regular basis to ensure the content is up to date.
Assist with coordinating all marketing activities whether that be print or digital.
Assist with managing the social media platforms by developing a content calendar including innovative and engaging stories. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Assist in the management of the hotel’s image/video library and with the organising of photoshoots and new video development.
Assist with any PR visits to the hotel and help develop PR from this area.
Assist with the development of press releases and distributing them to the relevant press.
Liaise with the PPC digital company on any campaigns, infographics and blogs.
Manage hotel profiles on associated third party distribution sites and affiliates.
Assist with the executing of email marketing campaigns.
Working with outside creative companies to develop campaigns, ensuring all briefs for all creative work adheres to the hotel vision and brand guidelines.
Work with industry third party organisations to maximise marketing opportunities
Maintain up to date client databases and CRM.
Keep up to date with new online trends and systems, review and make recommendations.
Assist the Sales & Marketing Team in responding to any new enquiries and that all leads are followed up in a timely manner.
Assist with the compiling of function sheets, and scheduling in deposits & final payments for leisure & group business.
This role will involve working as part of the Sales & Marketing Team of Killarney Hotels Collection. The successful candidate must have the ability to effectively organise, manage and prioritise their workload in a fast-moving environment.

Has a passion for marketing and all things digital.
Is creative with a keen eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing technology, social media, SEO and copywriting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with all social media platforms.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
