Job Title: Supervisor: Administration - BUCO Athlone
The Building Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to provide support to the store/branch manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Administration
* Employee Relations and Training
* Recruitment and Induction of new staff members
* General HR Administration, including petty cash and stationery management
* Customer Service and Store Vehicle administration
* Point of Sale Management with Plascon
* Resolution of store queries and daily operations
* Maintenance of company values and culture
Requirements:
* Grade 12 qualification
* 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
* Previous supervisory or management skills
* Bookkeeping certificate or equivalent administration certificate (advantageous)
* Basic computer skills
