Customer Service Administrator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Client logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth customer interactions, handling inquiries, and coordinating shipments efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide delivery updates.
3. Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and logistics data.
6. Assist in preparing invoices, shipping documents, and other administrative tasks.
7. Monitor and update internal databases and systems for order tracking.
8. Support sales and operations teams by providing relevant customer feedback.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry (minimum of 1 year of experience).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software SAP.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Familiarity with shipping regulations and logistics operations is a plus.
