An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of QHS & Production Administrator in Arklow reporting to the Production Services Manager.
Quality
* Maintain the key requirements of the Quality management system
* Daily quality checks with the production team
* Conduct internal Quality audits and update procedures as required
* Conduct toolbox talks
* Manage customer / supplier non-conformance process
* Co-ordinate customer questionnaire responses in a timely manner
* Assist with external customer or standards body audits
H&S
* Support the RA review process and update of procedures
* Manage workwear / PPE requirements, liaising with purchasing
* Support safety initiatives and policy implementations
* Conduct internal H&S audits and assist with external audits
Production / Front office
* Processing of customer sample requests
* Update and cleanse ERP system data
* Co-ordination of origination - ensuring correct tooling in place for production in timely manner
* Support production planning process (holiday cover)
* Front office support/back-up (holiday cover)
Key Competencies/Qualifications/Requirements
* 3rd level education preferred, or equivalent experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to be flexible in meeting demands of the role
* Comfortable in working internally with all departments both at site and Group level and also externally with customers and suppliers
* Proficient IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and capability to adapt to customised systems
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects within appropriate timelines
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
