Job Title: Contact Centre Agent
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our dynamic team in our Head Office, located in Santry, Dublin 9.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to both Go Car and Europcar customers, ensuring a world-class experience at every stage of the rental process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while providing timely updates.
* Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, orders, and account inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
* Meet or exceed performance targets including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Daily use of various in-house and external systems.
Requirements:
* Candidate must have strong customer service skills, preferably with previous experience in a Contact Centre environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Full working knowledge of MS Office.
* Problem-solving and numerical skills.
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
