Job Summary
Aramark seeks a retail assistant to join our successful team on client site, responsible for food preparation and service in line with HACCP/Food Hygiene policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene in work area and associated areas as directed.
* Multi-task, handle multiple roles as required, and use initiative with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Work on tills, coffee stations, food service counters or floor as required, and be welcoming and helpful to customers.
* Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries as needed.
* Carry out tasks in preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Observe infection control and HACCP policies in food handling, storage, and record accurate information.
* Follow fire and disaster plans, reporting injuries policies, and adhere to manual handling procedures when lifting or moving objects.
* Comply with Aramark & Hospital policies and procedures, observing confidentiality policy.
* Complete reasonable duties assigned by line manager to ensure smooth running of the department.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail or relevant roles.
* Customer-oriented with great communication skills.
