Job Title: Learning & Leadership Development Specialist
The Learning & Leadership Development Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering learning solutions that equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills for strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-designs and delivers a core front-line leadership curriculum, focusing on key success factors, capabilities, and behaviours required for industrial operations management.
* Develops and delivers personal development curriculum to enhance employee skills, including presentation, communication, project management, team building, conflict management, and influencing skills.
* Stays abreast of learning and development industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborates with internal customers and external subject matter experts to create and deliver education and training programs.
* Evaluates learning outcomes to determine gains in knowledge, skills application, transfer, and overall impact/ROI.
* Manages vendor relationships and ensures seamless delivery of education and training programs.
* Drives marketing and communication efforts for non-technical training company-wide.
* Aligns education and training programs with other Learning & Leadership Development initiatives.
* Serves as an administrator for the non-GxP LMS system.
* Fosters a positive culture by building relationships and promoting collaborative work environments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in an L&D role, with a focus on training, instructional design, and delivery.
* Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
