Truly - A modern dental company, has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Practice Manager to join our brand new practice.
The practice manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, ensuring the team is fully supported and will be responsible for the financial success of the practice. The role will initially require the practice manager to be a core part of the Front of House, greeting patients, managing the POS, scheduling appointments, managing phone lines, and general front of house duties alongside managing the practice.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of dentists, nurses, and administration team members to support them in their role.
2. Performance analysis: Report to the regional manager ensuring targets are met and formulate actionable strategies to improve revenue generation.
3. Marketing: Liaise with Marketing when required to ensure there is a constant upward trajectory of new patients booked into the practice and to raise brand awareness.
4. Communication: Meet weekly with team members to help support them reach their agreed-upon KPIs to maximize the practice's overall success and to ensure the team is fully supported.
5. Customer relations management: Ensure all patients receive excellent customer service, achieve a high level of reviews, and deal with any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Learning and Development: Ensure the team is aware and fully trained in all Truly policies and processes. Encourage the team to partake in Truly's Employee Educational assistance program.
7. Other tasks: Stock control, ordering, hiring, scheduling rosters, and all other ad hoc managerial tasks.

The Ideal Candidate will have experience in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Knowledge of patient privacy laws and regulations.
7. Ability to operate relevant dental practice management software (Exact & Carestream).
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, onsite.
