Here at Kerry, we're currently recruiting for a full time, permanent, Learning and Leadership Partner (focusing on Leadership Development) based in Naas, Ireland on a hybrid working model.
Positioned within the Global Talent team and reporting to the Director, Global Learning & Leadership Development, this role will help Kerry employees learn by creating and enabling high quality Leadership & Management Development learning experiences and assets. For this position, we are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate previous expertise in Leadership & Management Development.
This role will work closely with executive leaders, their leadership teams, HRBPs, and regional Talent & Diversity Leads to provide leaders and managers with a set of consistent tools, methodologies, and resources to own their ongoing development and build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to drive the sustainable nutrition strategy.
Key responsibilities
1. Carry out Learning Needs Analysis.
2. Lead on the development of quality Learning solutions, making sure that they work well in Kerry’s culture and business model. Get, and use, subject matter experts’ inputs where needed.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and propose improvements.
4. Be a thought leader on Learning and Leadership Development. Research and identify external L&D trends, technology, methodology and ways of working which might benefit Kerry.
5. Engage and partner with Kerry’s Learning Administration Team on all learning administration activities, acting as single point of contact for your Functional area.
6. Engage with wider Learning & Leadership Development community to share best practice in learning interventions, methodology, and latest learning trends.
7. Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications and skills
Essential
8. A passion and energy for Learning and deep experience in all areas of the Learning cycle.
9. The ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and coordinate work across teams.
10. Experience of Leadership and Management Development programme management
11. Great communication skills
12. Experience of engaging with and influencing senior management and other stakeholder groups.
Advantageous
13. Experience of working globally, in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and an appreciation of cultural differences.
14. Using learning technology, and virtual tools to enhance the Learning experience.
15. Expert facilitation skills
16. CIPD or equivalent qualifications / certification.
17. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy, or a related field.
18. Food and Beverage industry experience
