The Product Specialist builds desirability and emotional engagement for the product creating experiences tailored to suit client expectations.
What Youll Do The Product Specialist guides the client in effortless, memorable and tailored interactions with the product removing complexity.
They engage the client through rational and emotional elements in the main touchpoints with the product.
Your main tasks will be: Manage product presentation and demonstration to improve clients experience with JLR products.
Conducts product collection or delivery Supports client after delivery for product related topics.

Experience in the automotive industry is not essential for this role.

Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care will be positively considered.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Recommended Previous experience: Luxury retailing, Automotive, product expert.
