Job Title: Purchasing Assistant / Accounts Payable Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin Sector: Residential Construction Salary: Competitive (Market Rate) Overview Our client is seeking a Purchasing Assistant / Accounts Payable to join their team at their Head Office in Blanchardstown.
This role will support the finance and purchasing functions for residential construction projects across Dublin and Kildare.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist with purchasing materials and services for residential projects.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing and verifying invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records for purchases and payments.
• General administrative support for the finance team as needed.
Key Requirements: • Previous experience in purchasing or accounts payable within the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
