Job Summary
This role involves managing multiple phases of major projects for a business area, determining resource needs, and developing cost benefit analysis. The successful candidate will have specialized expertise in their field, interpret internal/external business challenges, and recommend best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Determines resource needs, recommends test strategies, and develops cost benefit analysis.
* Manages and implements projects, overseeing all project activities and providing status reports.
* Interacts with technology, product management, and operations to formulate and implement solutions.
* Identifies impact of changes and processes on staff, analyses the change, facilitates acceptance of change through training and communication.
* Provides ongoing support for the solution and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of new processes, systems, and/or modifications to existing solutions.
Requirements
* Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
* Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
* Has an understanding of regulators' requirements and expectations regarding data needs for risk related data and the reporting of risk data.
