Job Title: Outbound Sales Development Executive
Overview:
This role involves identifying and engaging with potential customers to support the business development strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
* Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and appointments for our business development team
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs
* Maintain regular contact with prospects and customer base
Requirements:
* Previous experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Prior CRM experience
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proven record of exceeding targets and KPIs
