Marine Package Manager (12 month secondment)
Base Location: Glasgow, Perth, Dublin, however flexible working arrangements can be discussed
Salary: £63,000 to £94,000 + car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your wellbeing, finances and family.

The role
The Berwick Bank project is located off the coast of East Lothian, Scotland, in the Outer Firth of Forth. Berwick Bank Wind Farm has the potential to deliver 4 GW+ of installed capacity, making it one of the largest offshore opportunities in the world and is currently SSER’s largest offshore wind development project.
To support our growth ambitions and deliver our Net Zero Acceleration Programme, we're recruiting a Marine Package Manager into our Offshore Wind Capital Projects team who will be responsible for managing the package for Berwick Bank Wind Farm.
You will
Implement SHE charter and embed safety family license in the team – “If it’s not safe we don’t do it”.
Ownership and management of Marine Installation Package through its development and refinement phases, into the execution phase and through to handover.
Act as focal point for engagement with Contractors
Define and manage budget
Manage package resources in conjunction with SPM
You have
As Marine Installation Package Manager, you'll be relied upon for your depth of knowledge and experience in delivering Marine package for offshore wind projects.
Experience leading, developing and motivating a multi-disciplined team.
Flexible and innovative approach with the ability to identify and pursue value add opportunities.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and practices.
