Job Title: Financial Services Administrator
We are delighted to partner with a Wealth Management Practice in Newry to recruit for a Full-time Administrator to join their busy team.
The role will be office-based and would suit an Administrator or Graduate who is looking to work within Wealth Management.
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established Wealth Management Firm spanning over 40 years in business, based in Newry.
They provide clients with a range of financial advice in Pensions, Investments, Life, and Mortgages.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Advisors with administration duties, including managing new business applications, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, and manage the client review process.
* Build and develop relationships with clients and product providers.
* Manage information on the Back Office CRM system.
* Provide reception cover when required, and offer any other administrative support that advisors need.
Requirements
* A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* GCSE English and Math or equivalent.

The salary is £22-£24k depending on experience.
