This individual will have shared responsibility for operators’ Electronic QMS knowledge, process knowledge and ability to assemble complex Medical Devices. This person will also look after recording / filling of all training related documentation.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Trainer will be responsible for:Introduction, development, compliance and cross training of manufacturing personnelEstablishing and maintaining training protocol focus on ensuring that individuals are fully trainedImplement and maintain a training tracking system to be used to track training status, facilitate operators development and also allow cross training to improve flexibility across the production teamFor supporting training needs of the Manufacturing and solicit feedback on areas of improvement and work collaboratively to address training gapsEvaluating and developing training plans for new operatorsEnsure all employee training records are up to dateCollaborating with Supervisor, Leads and Quality to ensure procedures, training requirements, and work instructions are being regularly followedFacilitate hands-on evaluation to ensure performance accuracy and compliance to work instructionsEducation and Experience RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medical device environment, with preferred experience as a trainer Preferred Skills and AbilitiesAbility to demonstrate a record of excellent performance in meeting high standards of quality, quantity and dependability (attendance and punctuality)Good communication skills and proven ability to organize and execute training plans provided by leadershipExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage training records within IFS system and training matrixAbility to work well with others, and ability to work well on teamsAbility to demonstrate attention to detailAbility to work in an FDA or ISO regulated manufacturing or clean room environmentInterested?If you are interested in being a part of a team and creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, please apply online with your CV.About Nordson MedicalAt Nordson MEDICAL, you don't have to be a doctor to help save lives.
