I am on the lookout for a skilled Laboratory Analyst or Supervisor specializing in Food Chemistry with ambitions to lead a team and guide the development of a key Laboratory for this client's business. Responsibilities Lead and support the team in developing and validating food chemistry methods. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with non-conforming work. Conduct and participate in both internal and external audits. Handle customer inquiries related to food chemistry. Provide continuous training and technical support to laboratory staff. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of lab results. Maintain adherence to quality systems, including calibration checks and quality controls. Manage laboratory inventory in collaboration with procurement. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in a Food Chemistry lab. Degree in Chemistry or a related field with significant experience in chemical analysis. Expertise in method development and validation. Experience with routine Food Chemistry analyses (e.g., fat, moisture, protein, sodium, pH) is a plus. Proficient in using Excel and Word. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. To apply click below.
