My client, a reputable Global Asset Manager in Dublin city centre is seeking a Payroll and Tax Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities Oversee the preparation, execution, and review of monthly payrolls across various regions, including the UK and Ireland.
Administer payroll operations for international locations such as Spain, Switzerland, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Germany, France, Sweden, and Denmark.
Conduct quarterly payroll processing for Irish funds.
Input and upload payroll data into the company's accounting platform (S4 Hana/SAP) and facilitate payroll payments as necessary.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, external benefits providers, and outsourced payroll partners.
Distribute payslips and grant employees access to payroll portals (ADP/TMF) as required.
Handle employment tax compliance tasks, including UK P11D(b), PSA, and other mandatory reporting obligations.
Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of prior payroll experience, preferably within a financial services or regulated environment.
Proficiency in Excel and strong IT capabilities.
Strong skills in analysis, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving.
Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage priorities efficiently.
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, TMF, or similar software is beneficial.
Understanding of S4 Hana/SAP or comparable accounting platforms is an advantage.
