Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our client's Executive Management team in the Southeast of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars and schedules for the Managing Director, including email inbox management.
* Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Prepare for meetings, compiling agendas and documentation as required.
* Act as a point of contact for internal queries and manage responses with discretion.
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Provide administrative support, including presentations, minutes, documents, accounts, expenses, and filing.
* Maintain up-to-date filing systems and records.
* Assist in preparing financial, sales, and KPI reports.
Requirements:
* Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior leadership, including Managing Directors or C-Suite Executives.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
