Our client, a leading HR Professional Services organisation, is seeking an experienced COO to help accelerate their already impressive development.Duties will include overseeing the daily operations of our HR professional services division. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and effective service delivery through strategic planning, resource management, and team leadership. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and achieving the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Ensure these strategies are effectively communicated and executed within the HR operations team.Team Leadership: Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Continuously evaluate operational workflows and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Budget Management: Oversee the division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on industry standards and legal requirements to mitigate risks.Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and work to resolve issues promptly.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Use performance data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Experience dealing with disputes within the Irish framework is an advantage.Qualifications:Proven experience in HR Management role, preferably within the HR services industry, but open to experienced HR Leaders.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and industry best practices.Strong client relationship management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
