Job Summary
A Facilities Administrator is required to assist in managing the facilities function at our client site. This involves ensuring the general upkeep and appearance of each site are to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of the facilities function, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Respond to soft service calls and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Set up and support meeting rooms according to client requests, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
* Conduct site inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents.
* Maintain accurate reporting through monthly timesheets and operational reports.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Previous customer service experience with a professional approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluency in English.
* Flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed.
