Job Description
The role holder will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with multiple recruitment assignments in a fastpaced environment.
This role plays a key role in the smooth running of the recruitment and selection process, including advertising of roles, the timely co-ordination of interviews requiring close working with the TA Specialists, early engagement with the business and candidates alike, and tracking and follow up to close out interview outcomes to ensure we meet our service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall management of our Applicant Tracking System to ensure all roles are progressed in line with agreed procedures, including monitoring and reporting on all stages of the recruitment and selection process
2. Forward planning to ensure the required interview panel members scheduled to enable smooth running of interviews
3. Support each TA Specialist to finalise interview documentation in a timely manner, ensuring quality checks are in place ahead of providing documentation for interviews
4. Support the TA Team to ensure each stage of the interview process is progressed without delays, including working with specialist partners to progress psychometric assessments within agreed timelines
5. Management of the Recruitment Mailbox ensuring tracking of actions, timely responses to queries, demonstrating a professional service delivery focus
6. Production of daily, weekly and monthly management reports to support the smooth running of the team and to ensure actions are driven by quality data insights
7. Proactive engagement with agency partners to ensure they have the information needed to service our business needs, including dealing with recruitment related invoices and related supplier engagement
8. Support the HR Operations team in the preparation of employment contracts to meet agreed service level agreements
9. Support all stages of the recruitment and selection process; including supporting the TA Specialists in close out actions following interviews, dealing with candidate queries, work permit applications, etc.
10. Engage with wider HR team ahead of new joiners first day to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
11. Proactively work with the Team Lead to adopt best practice and ensure a modern approach to Talent Acquisition is in place across all stages of the recruitment and selection process
12. Work with the team to leverage digital, social media and physical channels to create, drive and maintain attractive employer branding
13. Engage effectively with all stakeholders in the talent acquisition process.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
14. Relevant operational experience within a corporate environment, typically with 3+ years experience in a similar role
15. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands
16. Good problem solving abilities and the ability to exercise good judgment when needed
17. Ability to establish strong business relationships with stakeholders across different business functions and external partners
18. Strong systems experience, with an ability to become an Applicate Tracking System Super User
19. Strong attention to detail with an ability to produce quality management reports.
20. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
21. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
