The role requires someone who can deal with a wide range of DCI fuel card customer queries received by telephone and email in a constantly busy office environment. It also involves providing sales support to DCI Account Managers.

What will you be doing as Customer Service Administrator?
* Resolve customer queries via email and inbound & outbound calls.
* Develop excellent relationships with existing clients and establish their requirements.
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction by problem solving.
* Influence and encourage inactive customers to become active.
* Promote self-service and other value-added service products working to set targets (no cold calling).
* Ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
What experience do you need?
* Excellent communication skills; demonstrating confidence and attention to detail.
* Motivated and ambitious to hit and exceed targets.
* Applicants must be computer literate and familiar with standard MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years office experience.
