As part of our efforts, we're seeking a dynamic Media Insights Manager to join Elevate, our retail media and data solutions business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the growth of Elevate's media business, ensuring revenues are maximized while adhering to agreed-upon channel principles.
* Continuously assess campaign performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
* Develop a library of best-in-class insights demonstrating media campaign effectiveness using multiple data sets, including sales data, customer behavior, and online awareness metrics.
* Utilize first-party data to develop audience recommendations, collaborating closely with Insights & Data and Analytics teams and cross-functional teams to determine campaign audiences, availability, timelines, and delivery of standard and custom audiences.
* Develop strategies aligning with client needs and market opportunities.
* Provide optimization recommendations on tactics/placements, targeting/segmentation, and messaging to meet specific campaign objectives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including research firms, industry associations, and vendors, to access additional market data and insights.
* Monitor, analyze, and forecast a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) usage of audience packages.
* Assist in completing projects increasing team efficiency and accuracy for providing customer insights.
* Stay up-to-date with best practices and innovations in media research and analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in market research, media planning, advertising, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
* Experience with media research methodologies, including audience measurement, ad tracking, and campaign analysis.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the media industry, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
* Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
