About the Team & Business Line:
Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.
As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
Your Role:
* Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider Citco business.
* Strong knowledge of the business and related experience within the specialized area (e.g., Private Markets, Real Assets, Hedge, IR, Treasury, Middle Office, etc.).
* Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
* Work closely with the Business Analysts and broader project team to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge.
* Assist with business requirements’ sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.
* Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions.
* Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.
* Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements.
About You:
* 10+ years of industry experience.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives (preferred).
* Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
* Ability to be creative and innovative.
* Ability to influence and persuade.
* Professional Certificate, Bachelor, or Master level degree.
* Client-facing experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
