Freight Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, target, and secure new multimodal freight forwarding business opportunities.
2. Utilize industry knowledge to stay informed about market trends, trade lane carriers, trade compliance, customs, and pricing.
3. Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with carriers to procure competitive rates and maintain reasonable profit margins.
4. Collaborate with the company's existing European road services and carrier relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in selling freight services in the local market, with a deep understanding of the industry and carriers.
* Exceptional market knowledge of industry verticals, trade lane carriers, trade compliance, customs, and pricing.
* Strong network and connections within the carrier industry.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented individual.
* Excellent reputation within the market for selling premium, quality freight forwarding services.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
