Audit Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of audit clients.
* Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of audit and accounting engagements, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
* Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments to the highest professional standards.
* Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor a team of audit professionals.
* Cultivate and maintain proactive, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
* Conduct research and address technical queries.
* Provide high-quality auditing services in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications/Key Requirements:
* ACA or ACCA qualified.
* 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
* Previous supervisory, team lead, or managerial experience.
* A passion for providing exceptional client service.

* Effective and motivated team player.
* Strong leadership skills with proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
