Our client offers residential support to their service users, using a strengths-based approach to enable them to live fulfilling lives.
Social Care Manager Role
We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Manager to lead our team in Oldcastle, Meath. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and working in an environment that values staff and prioritizes the needs of service users.
This is a full-time permanent position based on-site at the centre, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (with on-call support).
Qualifications and Experience
To be a suitable applicant, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:
* A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Studies, or equivalent
* A management qualification relevant to the health/social care sector
* At least 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting
* A Level 8 qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Studies
* At least 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting
* A Level 7 qualification in a related field, with plans to complete a Level 7 in Social Care
* A management qualification relevant to the health/social care sector
* At least 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting
* Experience as a manager in an ACIMS registered centre for at least 2 of the past 3 years
* Entry onto the CORU register of Social Care Workers
* At least 4 years of full-time work experience in a social care setting
Additional Requirements
In addition to the above requirements, candidates must also hold a full clean manual driver's license.
