The Role
The role involves managing our Lodge Bar to deliver a consistently high level of service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have previous experience at supervisory level in a bar or hotel and a number of years bar experience, a good personality, good people skills, be guest orientated, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail. An excellent command of the English language is essential.
Duties will include:
1. Providing exceptional levels of welcome and friendly service for every guest.
2. Managing the bar in the absence of the bar manager.
3. Having a good working knowledge of our range of drinks to provide superior guest service.
4. Maintaining the bar and service areas in a clean, hygienic and welcoming manner.
