Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects from scope development through to handover to operations for key Engineering projects.
">
* Use scientific, product and process understanding to develop risk-based approaches to investigations and troubleshooting.
">
* Develop project scope, cost and delivery time schedule for projects, working closely with NPI leads.
">
* Be accountable for equipment design and qualification; assist in C&Q execution planning; system boundary definition; use quality risk management.
">
* Drive continuous improvement by active participation in projects, system failure investigations, and contribution to Kaizen events.
">
* Act as a liaison with global engineering services and facilities, and specialist vendors to deliver projects on time.
">
* Comply with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
">
* Presentations and reporting out on progress of projects to stakeholders.
">

Education & Experience
">
">
* Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, ideally in a Science, Engineering or Other Technical discipline.
">
* Green Belt preferable.
">
* Engineering and/or validation experience in a sterile manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in leading a technical team.
">
