Service Business Planner
Work closely with the Engineering team to uphold exceptional standards every day.
1. Service Scheduling Coordination:
* Assist in scheduling all service labor appointments for the Company's Service & Commissioning Engineers upon receipt of customer order numbers and relevant paperwork. Proactively plan work in advance and efficiently respond to emergency breakdowns.
1. Allocate the suitable skill-coded Engineer, ensuring that all Engineers are fully utilized (100% capacity).
* Maximize service revenues by achieving monthly service labor targets and performing accurate forecasting.
1. Update the Service Board promptly whenever new information becomes available and maintain a current version.
* Respond professionally and efficiently to Customer Schedule inquiries, resolving all queries without delay.
1. Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed of progress at all times.
* Prepare and issue Quotations for breakdowns and emergency service response, ensuring effective follow-through.
1. Carry out administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Scheduling Function.
* Provide clear and accurate instructions to Engineers, ensuring that all service work is carried out as specified and that essential information (job duration, contact persons on site, job type, etc.) is properly communicated.
1. Ensure that spare parts or equipment arrive at the customer site before the Engineer attends.
* As required, manage Chemical Stock Check Lists on PQMC Reports to maintain the minimum required chemicals on customer sites.
1. Procure non-stock Service Spare Parts.
* Business Degree desirable but not essential.
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience managing engineers' schedules.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
