We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Manager to join our team on a temporary contract (6 -12 months) covering maternity leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multi-channel social media campaigns with a strong focus on paid media.

Location:
* Office located in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
* Oversee organic social strategy in alignment with paid activity to maximise engagement and brand impact.
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive performance and ROI, ensuring KPIs are met.
* Manage campaign setup, tracking, and reporting, with a strong understanding of attribution and measurement.
* Work closely with internal teams and clients in the entertainment and travel sectors, ensuring campaigns align with brand goals.
* Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistency between organic and paid efforts.
* Work with data analysts to track and measure performance, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
* Use GA (Google Analytics) to analyse performance and inform strategy.
* Have a working knowledge of ad-serving platforms like Adform to support broader media planning.
* Stay on top of the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
* Be proficient with social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or a similar platform to track engagement, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media, managing social ad campaigns end-to-end.
* Strong understanding of both paid and organic social media strategies.
* Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for large-scale clients (in particular within the entertainment and travel industry are favourable, but not essential)
* A team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across teams and manage client relationships.
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Some experience with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Adform) is a plus.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
