Job Title: Executive Assistant
This part-time, temporary role requires an experienced Executive Assistant to support our client's CEO in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Screen and manage incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence, prioritising urgent matters and ensuring timely responses.
* Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and presentations.
* Handle sensitive documents and maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
* Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on behalf of the CEO.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally supporting a senior executive or CEO.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, given the sensitive nature of the role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
Salary
€35,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
