Project Quality Manager
Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors, engineers, and coordinators to ensure compliance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily inspections and testing of construction materials and workmanship.
* Provide guidance and mentoring on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
* Coordinate with construction management, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
* Maintain thorough records of inspections, tests, certifications, and non-conformance reports.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in a relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years of direct experience in construction-related quality management systems.
* Experience on construction projects, including reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems - requirements) international standard or equivalent.
