Purpose:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers, delivering customer renewals/retention and revenue growth. You will develop new business opportunities by actively seeking opportunities in upsell of licenses and topics. Develop strong relationships by ensuring Compliance & Risks provides compelling solutions and services that meet our customers needs and objectives. You will understand customers' use cases and ensure they are realizing value from their C2P subscription.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)
KRA 1: C2P Renewals Management
Delivery of ‘on time’ C2P subscription renewals adopting a structured renewal process.
Achieve industry leading customer retention targets across your assigned customer base.
Ensure early identification of risk of customer churn/downsell and implement a plan to mitigate the risk and maximize ARR retention.
Implement a customer contact strategy to deliver value-add customer engagement.
KRA 2: Account Planning
Develop Account Plans to deliver retention and renewals growth for your customer base
Develop strong customer relationships,understanding their business objectives.
KRA 3: 4: Renewals Revenue Growth Opportunity Development
Proactively identify opportunities for upsell across your customer base.
Ensure a high standard of accuracy of opportunity management within the CRM (Hubspot).
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to progress upsell opportunities.
KRA 4: Adoption
Engage with Customer Success to gain a thorough overview of the Customer Health Score for your assigned customers and collaborate on plans to optimize C2P usage.
Engage the GRCT SMEs, as required,to support your customers and reinforce our position as a Thought Leader in the marketplace.
Provide customer feedback and insights to the product and development teams.

Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years in B2B customer account management / renewals/ sales.
Educated to degree level, in technical, business or legal fields.
Software / technical skills/ or some aptitude for technology is an advantage.
Experience in sales or account management in an enterprise environment, preferably SaaS.
Experience or knowledge of the compliance and regulatory field is highly desirable.
