We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include:
1. Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels by communications with the customer.
2. Ensure that clients' defined quality and service level targets are met as a minimum and that site and statutory imposed standards are achieved.
3. Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements and for any changes requested by the customer, e.g., arranging OT or weekend shifts.
4. Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety, and quality.
5. Ensure that daily operational issues are dealt with in a proactive, efficient, and timely manner specifically those relating to quality and service.
6. Deliver team member performance reviews and regular feedback to employees regarding work rate, performance, attitude, and development.
7. Manage all absence, grievance, and disciplinary issues in line with HR policy and in consultation with your HRBP.

Now, here’s what we need from you:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Minimum 12 months experience in team management.
3. At least 2 years in a Shared User FMCG/Retail Warehouse/pick and pack/IQC environment.
4. Experience in a reverse logistics environment would be preferred.
5. Knowledge of customers' operating systems and the reports that are produced. Preferably the systems Blue Yonder/JDA but full training will be given.
6. Excellent organisational skills.
7. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
