HR Recruiter - Building People & Talent Teams Across Ireland
People Partner — 8-Month Maternity Cover (Dublin HQ, Hybrid)
Our client, a well-known European consumer brand has partnered exclusively with Re:work on a Collaborative Campaign to work alongside their internal hiring team to ensure maximum reach. This hire is for a People Partner: a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior People Lead.
Role Summary
This is a broad and engaging maternity cover position with a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities. You'll partner closely with managers and teams to drive employee engagement, support people leaders, and manage day-to-day HR activity.
It suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, values-led environment, enjoys solving problems, and is confident managing ER independently.

The HR function operates as a small, connected team with deep alignment to the business. This role works closely with leaders across Ireland and internationally, supported by HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Reward.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the go-to People Partner for business leaders and teams
* Supporting employee engagement, performance, and retention strategies
* Managing employee relations, including complex cases and coaching managers
* Advising on Irish employment law and ensuring policy compliance
* Supporting group-wide HR projects and annual people planning
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes across the employee lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice
* Comfortable managing ER cases with professionalism and discretion
* Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
* Proactive, organised, and capable of working autonomously
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
