Job Description:
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of transfer agency services to multiple Tier 1 clients in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations, coordinating with functional teams and operational partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information and work products.
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and service level agreement management.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, including regulators.
* Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensure current requirements are met.
* Oversee the creation and publication of monthly reporting, including KPI calculation and review.
* Manage client issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution, and provide a seamless service experience.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree and experience in a client-focused role within the financial services or banking industry.
* Operational experience in transfer agency or related fields preferred.
* Previous people management and change management skills desirable.
* Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
* Effective verbal reasoning, numeric skills, and keyboard skills required.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet challenging deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
